The interesting thing is that back in the day, tube driven reverbs were actually pretty quiet circuits, unless you purposely banged the amp onto the floor to make weird noises, which of course, we all did as a matter of course...
Hey, in 1966 I was a high school kid having fun.
I haven't had any fun at all since then, either.
Well, except for college. College was fun, too, but in a different way.
But after college, definitely no fun at all.
The good part is that I don't miss having fun, because it's been so long since I had any that I hardly remember what it was.
Wait: I take that back. I had fun at the PRS 30th Anniversary thing. And there was that time in a hotel room for 48 hours with this woman I had just met, after which I needed to be hospitalized for dehydration. That was fun.
But really, nothing other than those two things.
