Uhhh it does use 010s and NOT 009s

You can change over to .090s without incurring too much difficulty. If it were the opposite and you were going from .090s to .011s, you might need to address the nut slots.

Only thing that might need occur is an intonation/set-up, which you can do yourself:

Welcome, and glad you're happy. The second wave of guitar doom should hit in about a month. You'll be looking online, or at a video, or reading about how great a model is, and BOOM! You will find yourself overcome with the indescribable urge to get another PRS. And then another...…………..The desire is very real, my friend, and may become overwhelming. Relax and enjoy the ride.

Most SE's are great guitars. And you could throw a set of 9's on it no problem. 9.5's work well too...
