Archon Channel Problem

Has anyone had issues with their Archon not changing channels? I bought mine new in October of 21 and it hasn't been played a ton. Played it for a few hours yesterday dialing in some tones. This morning, I tried to play through it, but only the clean channel works. I've tried using the footswitch and the switch on the front panel to change the channel, but it won't change from the clean channel. I'm at a loss as this is essentially a brand new amp.

Sounds like contacting PTC may be in your future. But just for completelness, you did unplug the footswitch before trying the panel switch, right? I assume you did, but it never hurts to be sure.

I did...I tried it multiple ways. I already emailed support with the issue. Hopefully it is painless.

stomp the footswitch multiple times quickly. I mean, like 50 times.
