changing strings

Has anyone changed there strings on a s2 custom from 10's to 9's without any adjustments other then the truss rod?

I've recently bought the new Zach myers blue. The strings fitted were 9mm. I changed these to 10 s and have developed a rattle particularly on the D string. What's the best way to adjust the bridge, cheers
