Man.......it was sad. The guitar was brand new (purchased from an authorized dealer), and it sat unplayed in my climate and humidity controlled room with all of my other guitars. I went to pick it up to prep before a show, and I noticed it SMELLED weird.o_O I ignored it, played the show with...

I had some Mules in an S2 for awhile......while they sound great but they are definitely a more "vintage" voiced pickup. Great ones though!

Really want to keep this thread going. About to do a complete electronics overhaul on my black Singlecut S2. Already have the Mojotone PW Hornet's going in. Should I grab the volume/tone pots from the PRS store? Or go another route? Also.....and a bit off topic......had to send my White...

DUDE. What's up with that Tune O Matic setup? Haven't seen that on a Custom 22! Interesting for sure.

Gonna have to say that Mojotone is probably making some of the best sounding pickups on the market. You should check them out. I have the PW Hornets in my S2 Singlecut and they are fantastic. www.mojotone.com

That rosewood neck.........mmmmmm......My friend has a Custom 22 with one and it has snap for DAYS. Just so much mid snarl and aggression. Maybe one day!

They do a killer job. I typically use an excellent and reputable craftsman in the Wilmington area, but when the PRSs need major work done, they are going to PTS.
