    Let's see those modded PRS's

SE Bernie modded with a Mannmade 2300 bridge, Gotoh locking tuners, Bare Knuckle Mules and push-pull CTS pots for coil splits on each volume and phase on the tone. Knobs from my Les Paul Classic. SE SVN with Bare Knuckle Black Dogs, 5 way super switch for the same switching options as a core...

What amp do us peasants play our SE's through?

Victory Sheriff for classic rocky things (Bernie and SC Satin) and Victory Kraken for the angry SVN-type things.

    PRS SVN Players

@Alex Martinez Hi Alex, I've decided to take the plunge and go for the Hipshot bridge. Which height did you get, the .125 or the .175? Cheers Tim

SE SVN pups - amazing DCR values

Having had both the old SE Custom 24-7 and the new SVN, the 85/15 S pickups fitted to the SVNs are much better than the old SE HFS/VB. The bridge is much less muddy and less scooped. I really didn't like the HFS but find the 85/15 perfectly serviceable. Bear in mind the DCR doesn't tell us...

    PRS SVN Players

I've got one of the Axe Palace SVNs - unmolested so far apart from lampshade knobs, and I have to say the pickups were a pleasant surprise. That said, I'm 99% set on a set of Bare Knuckle Black Dogs - just need to decide on a finish for them! I've got some Hipshots lying around that I bought...

    SE SVN Replacement Parts

Hipshot sell 7-string sets out of the box, so you don't need to order a 6+1, and the 7th will be drilling to accept a wider gauge string. However, I don't think the holes line up so you'd need to drill new holes for the Hipshots. I may be mistaken, I have a set lying around that I bought for my...

    NGD! 2007 Singlecut Satin

    Rosewood and crappy lighting!

    NGD! 2007 Singlecut Satin

All singlecuts in 2007 at least, according to Joe Knaggs at the time - 8 channels cut into the lower bout. It is much lighter than my Bernie and my Les Paul.

    NGD! 2007 Singlecut Satin

Well thanks to some folks on the PRSGOW Facebook page, I've found it used to belong to the guitarist from Welsh rock band Fireroad, and was used all over their album and subsequent tour supporting Stereophonics, so that's pretty cool!

    NGD! 2007 Singlecut Satin

Yeah I've got the 85/15 S pickups in my SVN, and they're a vast improvement on the G&B HFS and Vintage Bass set fitted to the old SE 7-string. They're still a bit muddy on the low B but they cope much better. My bandmate has a '17 SE Cu24 with the six string 85/15 S set and they're honestly...

    NGD! 2007 Singlecut Satin

I first saw this on Facebook three weeks ago, as someone in Leeds was shifting it on at a very tempting price for a quick sale. I stared at it all evening, but there was no way I could get over to Leeds to pick it up, and watched it go the very next day. Then here I am browsing the forum and...

    N(U)GD: PRS SE Bernie Marsden

Thanks for the kind words everyone! Feel free to show yours off too, a couple have been mentioned that sound cool. @grausch the hard case is a leftover from its predecessor, generic LP-shape hard case that does the job.

    N(U)GD: PRS SE Bernie Marsden

Thanks! Yeah I've had Mules before, and I've got BKP in two other guitars as well, so I knew they were perfect. I was actually looking at the Forces Sweetheart by Oil City Pickups too, but decided that ultimately I knew I would love the Mules, and I could get them in full PRS-bling spec too.

    N(U)GD: PRS SE Bernie Marsden

About 6 months ago I bought this PRS SE Bernie Marsden in Trampas Green. Ever since the Bernie was announced I've been kind of curious, as I grew up in the same area as Bernie and he was one of my earliest guitar heroes - I could listen to his albums at home and then bump into him in the...

    Bernie SE Upgrades

Mine should be back from the tech next week, excited to share! Trampas Green, Mannmade bridge, Bare Knuckle Mules. Just need to find lampshade knobs for a non-extortionate price in the UK...
