Ah, my SE Mods, both of them. I have altered the neck for slide, and put on 11s.

It has been a few weeks now with my new ZM. I am just entranced. It has this open, sweet, wailing sound that I think a solid body does not have. Since I play entirely with slide, it suits me just fine. Love it.

I went into Dave's on Thursday and bought one, a 2016. It is an awesome guitar. I was going to post something after I got into this, but seeing this post brought me to endorsing the views here. This is a great guitar. Get it.

How does the PRS Hollowbody compare to the Semi-Hollow?

Lately I've been wondering what "trampas" means. As in trampas green.

Lately I am looking seriously at one of the S2 semi-hollow body guitars, either single-cut or custom. An SE Mira semi-hollow is a second choice. Any thoughts?

You bought a PRS from Radio Shack?

What I get from this is that PRS guitars are good for slide. Period. I have an SE Singlecut and it is exclusively slide.
