I'm guessing Grover 406c's are the first choice of update?? What about the nut and the tremelo/bridge, any thoughts??

Never played a PRS hollow/semi hollow. Any good?? Always fancied a Rickenbacker 360 semi hollow. Amazing, deep, bell like, resonant tone.

They're out of stock at the moment, but are getting a new shipment in on Saturday. Hope i reserved one in time, as there are only 200 of these being made and they are only available in Europe. Can't wait till she arrives!!!!!

That is a maple neck, with mahogany body and binding on the neck which really sets it off. I believe the pickups are different too..........

I know how you feel!!! I REALLY want this guitar, but need convincing that it will sound different enough from my SE245 to justify spending £649.

Hi Duffy, thanks for your input. I don't really need the locking tuners as i have a stop tail bridge. I agree that SE's are pretty good out of the box, i just felt that an electronics upgrade with some new pickups would increase the range and tone of the guitar, especially if i add coil taps...
