Okay thanks. I know the tech adjusted the trem claw because when I tuned to standard the bridge was not level with the body so I adjusted the trem claw to fix that. But I never had this ringing issue until he made the modifications. I might just ask him. I was just wondering if 4 springs in the...
So I recently had PRS metal pickups installed on my se Navarro and the nut slots widened to fit 10-52 gauge strings. Sounds and plays great but I think the tech that did it added an extra spring to the trem claw. It has 4 springs in it now and it is significantly more resistant when I use the...
So I bought a set of uncovered squabbin PRS Metal picks from ebay and unfortunately the neck pickup was dead but I am recieving a replacement. As of now there is only a bridge pickup in the guitar and the neck pickup cavity is empty. My question is that does missing a neck pickup effect the tone...
The Stock pickups were great to me. They saturate really nice. I did replace them recently with \m/ pickups just because I wanted more power lol. I guess it depends on what you're gonna use the guitar for. The stock pickups suit just about every type of music. Best stock pickups in any guitar...
It's most likely an exclusive color for sweetwater. PRS has done this before with other dealers. As for the finish being out of date, I think it's new because I don't remember the s2's launching with that color.
So I talked to a guy on the phone over at PRS and he told me that there is no way to get gold versions of \m/ pickups but they do sell uncovered. They're just not on the online store for $179.99. I decided to purchase an uncovered on ebay for $117 per pickup. Saved about $120. I think I might...
So I have my eyes on the \m/ pickup set as I am looking for the highest output pickup PRS makes. I want to put a set in white SE Navarro. The hardware is gold and so are the pole pieces on the se hfs and vintage bass pickups. From the research I have done, I have found that is pretty much...

I've actually become a huge Periphery fan through PRS and might consider picking the set up for my SE Navarro. $325 go the set in case anyone is interested.
Good idea! The black knobs look fine but amber would add some classy looks. I was thinking clear knobs and maybe white pickup rings or replace the gold hardware with black hardware. But I wouldn't know where to find a black bridge.
It's a 2013. The letter at the begining of the serial number determines the year. There is a chart in the support section of the PRS site. http://prsguitars.com/csc/year.html I also have the SE Dave Navarro model. Wonderful instrument.
