Blue stain is quite mortal. Especially the old stuff, but the new blue fades too when exposed to UV. B1tch needs to stay in the case.

PRS Blues are definitely susceptible to fading. That actually looks really close to the Tortoise Shell Custom 22 that I have. I dig it!

I have seen pictures of some guitars that faded to a completely different color, like this one has. Some of them don't resemble the original color at all. I would say this one falls into that category. I has seen some faded emerald green guitars that look nothing like the original color as well as royal blue.

I have a purple that faded. It's more pink than the one posted above. I have also seen a custom (24? It was years ago at gruhns) that was purple but looked similar to the one above.

I used to be purple, but over the years I faded to kind of a fish-belly white.
Whatever you want to call the color of that guitar now, it looks really cool!
