Well at least I'm younger than someone! I saw these guys in the summer of '79 opening for Cheap Trick in Dallas Texas. I was 14 at the time. I thought they were great, but I recall one of them getting pissed off and either mooning or birding the audience when he didn't get the crowd reaction he wanted. "Love is Like Oxygen" was either still a hit or had just come down from being one as I recall.
I don't think I've found any actual live performance footage of these guys, just lip synced as above.

Just last night I was at my local books and music store, and they had three copies of a Best Of CD by The Sweet. I thought to myself 'those'll be here awhile.' I still like them, but they're not exactly in vogue these days.
