SE 245 Intonation

My 245 has some tuning issues. Example, open A in tune, in tune at next 2 frets, but at C it's sharp. Couple other strings similar issues, some are fine. Where do I start, nut, neck, saddles? So much moves on this thing when changing strings, bridge, saddles. Had this thing set up when I bought it and I love it but those few bad notes are annoying. I play but I'm not a tech, seems like when I mess with the adjustable saddles I make it worse.

Did you buy the guitar new from a dealer, could you work with them?

If not, a good luthier will get this sorted.

It's worth the nominal cost to get a professional setup if you're not familiar with how to do it yourself.
