Registering a Pre-Owned PRS

I just got a USA Tremonti made in 2012 yesterday from a guitar shop in Texas. It still has the registration card and all the stuff that originally came with the guitar. The previous owner was a collector, never actually played the guitar. My question is, can I still have my guitar registered if I send in the card?
