PRS SE Custom 24-08 pickup change. Need advice!

Hey yall. I bought a pair of Seymour Duncan pickups (SH-5 Custom and 59' Model humbuckers). This will be my first ever mod and I'm looking to doing it myself. I'm a little bit confused as to how the color wiring of the PRS pickups is wired and how the diagram on the SDs tells me to wire them. I bought the 4-conductor pickups to fully use the coil split option. Any thoughts? Advice? Thanks in advance!
