The Gear Page now allows for direct posting of photos into posts.

You no longer need to use a photo-hosting service to put your pictures on the forum.

Super easy to post photos from your phone directly to the page.

Would be cool to have here.

Regretfully, we have considered that idea previously and have determined that the cost of bandwidth and server space to host uploaded and locally stored photos would be cost prohibitive.
