5-Way Wiring Question

Quick question for anyone who may know - currently I have my CU24 wired stock:

(1) Bridge Hum
(2) Bridge + Neck Single
(3) Bridge Hum + Neck Hum
(4) Bridge Single + Neck Single
(5) Neck Hum

Anyone have any idea what modifications to the diagram that I would need to make to do the following:

(1) Bridge Hum
(2) Bridge Single + Neck Single
(3) Bridge Hum + Neck Hum
(4) Neck Single
(5) Neck Hum

This essentially replaces 2 with the old 4 and introduces a pure split at the new 4.
