Many wood library runs have wood selections typically not available on production guitars. I have a Hollowbody 1 from Dave's that has a white korina neck and African Blackwood fretboard.

I found out the issue. Just as ADP mentioned, the ground wire from the bridge should be soldered to the metal shielding of the bridge pickup lead. I found that when I pulled the bridge pup, the ground was loose, simple enough fix. Now all is good. A nice surprise when I pulled the pup, at some...

I suspected Artist Pkg as well until I saw the 10 inscribed on the headstock. Since it was a one off, it wouldn't be out of the question that it had McCarty pups, I need to check it out. Here it is. Btw, thanks for the link. Good stuff
