Vigier holds the top spot for blatant ripoff in my book... JJ is another one... Some of these get pretty good reviews too, you'd think they'd want to stand on their own. JJ even has a "custom 24"
 
Living in Germany and playing guitars you are aware of the company Fame from Danzing, Poland. It's one of those store brands of Music Store, Cologne, for more than a decade. They got good reviews by the press. Good pricing compared to US factory made PRSi. And according to potential law suit issues I believe Fame is aware about trademarks.
