I too like to have dinner guests...

PRS Tremonti Baritone
- Faded whale blue, tuned C to C. While detuned guitars are normally attributed to modern metal, I've found that Baritones are capable of ambient clean sounds that are utterly a-m-a-z-i-n-g.

PRS Private Stock Doubleneck
- PS101, recently purchased from eBay. Magical guitar, takes me straight back to my roots in prog rock.

Considering those guitars practically scream Prog Metal, I'm gonna go with "the souls of yacht rock producers, grilled over flaming oak coals". The picks are just in case any safe, predictable musical cliche's get caught in their teeth.
