I've read all the reviews about the DG30, and while it's really awesome, I've got a Genz Benz Black Pearl 30 that fits kind of the same bill as the DG30. I love my amp, and don't see myself laying all that dough out for one with the same power amp. While mine may not be exactly the same tone, it's definitely within the same ballpark.
I have realized that I only own el84 amps, and have recently started playing a little more with 6V6 amps, and yesterday tried the Bogner Mephisto. I like the blackface tones, and compression a lot.
I understand that el34's aren't 6v6's, but what does the DG50 sound like? More into the Marshall vein than the supercharged Voxiness of the DG30?
