2019 CE 24

Good day.
The A string on my 2019 CE 24 sounds numb and also the volume for the string is weak and lower than the other strings.
Any idea what is the problem and has anyone experienced it?

Easiest place to start is by changing strings. Have you tried that yet? If you have and it didn't help, I'd look at the two places the string contacts the guitar - the nut and the bridge. Could be the nut is cut too low or maybe it's not seated in the bridge saddle correctly? Check the string height as well, might need to raise it up a bit?

EDIT: sorry I just realized your guitar is a 2019. Has it always done this or is this a new development?
