Locking tuners for a Tremonti without drilling

Hey Folks, I'm looking for quality locking tuners (chrome) for my Tremonti (2021) that can be installed without drilling the headstock. Can you recommend any specific models? Thanks

Pickup alternatives for SE Mark Tremonti Standard

I finally decided to go for the Seymour Duncan SH-6 distortion. Next Monday I will take the guitar to the shop (the owner is a luthier as well), he'll install the pickup for free. Can't wait to experience a (more) quality pickup in my PRS. Thank you for your useful pieces of advices.

Pickup alternatives for SE Mark Tremonti Standard

I don't know what it means, but Seymour Duncan SH-6b Duncan Distortion is a 4 wire pickup according to specs. :)

Pickup alternatives for SE Mark Tremonti Standard

Thanks for all the input and recommendation. Most likely, I will take a look at SD Distortion or custom as a start. I like the Suhr Aldrich too, but the PRS expert retailer in my country has contracted with SD and have a versatile bunch of pups in stock but no Suhr. Is there anything technical...

Pickup alternatives for SE Mark Tremonti Standard

Just out of curiosity, I looked the custom Tremonti treble pup up and it is more expensive than a Seymour Duncan SH4 which is said to be one of the best available pickups for rock and metal. Is it possible that the PRS custom is actually that good?

Pickup alternatives for SE Mark Tremonti Standard

Hey Folks, Last May I bought a(n) SE Mark Tremonti Standard as my first decent guitar. This model features Tremonti "S" pickups - whatever it means (both the bridge and neck). I am thinking of an upgrade for at least the bridge pick-up. I mostly play heavy metal and rock music, but almost...

    Broken bird inlay

UPDATE: The vendor offered to take the guitar to the service and provide a solution for the damage. As they were unable to specify what the solution is going to be, I finally decided to abandon this and keep the guitar as is. If I compare the potential gain and risks, the comparison is a no...

    Broken bird inlay

Just seen this, sorry. Thanks for the post. Very interesting. Did you put a sticker on the inlay or it is as it was manufactured?

    Broken bird inlay

UPDATE: The seller contacted me and said that she had reached out to the technicians who suggested that the guitar should be taken to their service specialist. When I asked her what exactly they plan to do with the guitar she was unable to provide a clear answer. I asked her to investigate it...

    Broken bird inlay

A gig? LOL. I cannot even properly play an F chord. A understand your perspective and tend to agree. I don't have the urge to be compensated for the broken bird neck, I was just wondering if in such cases warranty is worth anything. On the other side, I have always dealt the guitar with the...

    Broken bird inlay

I literally just noticed when made a photo of the fret for a friend. Frets wear out with time, since I bought it, I have played hundreds of hours with her. My grip may be too tight from time to time, typical beginners' fault. I am trying to consciously work on it and loosen it as much as I...

    Broken bird inlay

I am in the very same position. I raised a warranty ticket with the vendor, they say it is being investigated with the technicians. I am wondering what resolution, if any, they can offer.
