OMG! They are priceless. I listened to their whole album. You just can't duplicate that material. Truly very unique and.....IDK what to say but that I like them & I don't know why. That said, my favorite band is Pink Floyd. Especially their older material from the 60's.
Technics SL-B1. I purchased in 1976 when I was 16 y/o. The belt broke years ago and on a whim stopped at a local audio shop that sells high end turntables and inquired about the possibility of a belt replacement. The sales rep reached around behind and grabbed a new belt from a box. Obviously I...
I am with you on that. I miss my flip phone. Batteries lasted forever and could be replaced. Problem is...the only thing it did well was...be a phone.
Oh...I have a turntable...does that count?
When I lived near Chicago as a kid and into a young man, I would travel to northern Minnesota with my father to fish at least once or even twice a year. Awesome fishing. Now I live in MN and hardly ever go despite the fact great fishing is in my back yard. Go figure. However, to stay on topic...

Run away. Quickly! Lived through hurricane Hugo in 1989. 8 hours of absolute terror. Oddly, before the storm hit, I always wanted to experience a hurricane. NEVER AGAIN!
...for sure
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again
The...
My first time was in grade school (5th grade) I was asked to play an autoharp for a Stephen Foster concert. I did and loved it. After the concert, my music teacher suggested I should try playing guitar. I did. Never looked back.

Pink Floyd Delicate Sound of Thunder. (2nd Floyd concert for me as well) I believe it was in 1987. First vinyl was Led Zeppelin IV in 1972 $4.49, had to borrow a quarter form my mom to purchase.
