I am trying to find one of those locally to check out. The videos I have seen online sound pretty amazing.

I thought the Mira might be too similar to my LP standard but I might be wrong. I am looking for something totally different than my LP or Strat.

After playing both, the S2 more than justified the cost difference in my opinion. I thought the finish and feel of the guitar was much better. I also checked out a CE24 and that has opened up a whole new can of worms :)

Thanks! I do really like the looks of the Vela, I will have to track one down. There’s a good priced Mira for sale near me I might go check out as well.

My gut is telling me to go with an S2 as well. I think the SE will leave me wanting more but we will see if that changes once I find a few to play. I was leaning towards a custom vs a standard. Any specific reason you suggest the standard instead?

The local shop near me has gotten a few in over the past month or so, but they have all sold on the same day. It might be worthwhile for you to keep an eye out with some local or semi local PRS dealers.
