No the "normal" SE locking tuners aee a different type than what you find on the SE Pauls model.

Yes, but I am not sure what the peg hole size is on the SE Pauls guitar & don't know where to find this out. I have a feeling they are a metric size & a lot of other substitute tuners are imperial?
