As others have said, it is an SE Custom 24-08, the guitar in my profile pic is the same. Someone put a "Standard" truss rod cover on it instead of the "Custom" cover.

I like Rudess......and don't care about Petrucci's appearance. I've not always been a LaBrie disliker, absolutely loved his work on Images....and various other songs on most albums over the years, but I saw them live last year and it was not good.

I too am surprised but not shocked. I always had my own personal take that Portnoy could be overbearing to be in a band with....if that's the case, hopefully they can make it work. Mangini was/is incredible though. I hope he is sincerely ok with the whole deal.

As has been stated elsewhere...the little niceties that you get with any high end guitar vs a quality mid-level, are more for the player, than the audience.

How could they prove it to you? What would make you accept any evidence that it did happen? If they faked it, heck, they should have gone for people landing there....or at least invent more substantive video.
