I cannot speak about the LTs, not tried them enough to do so, but what I do know, is how excellent the MTs are in the Special Ltd. I know it goes against the general rule here, but this guitar makes you want no other guitar! ahahah (it's like, "what's the point? this one is excellent already)...

I also noticed that both covers of the humbuckers are now brushed instead of being glossy chrome. Although I love my Special to death, I actually prefer the brushed covers, less fingerprints and probably age better too. I guess no 58/15 engraved brushed covers are available aftermarket?

Currently have a Special Semi-Hollow 2020 ten top in a basket, river blue... And a plain black one too... What I know for sure is that I want a 22, and SS-H! Tough decision!
