Anyone have any experience turning UP a half step -- so tuning is from F to F? It would involve my SE Custom 22 semi-hollowbody, and would be for one gig. I know, I could just use a capo on the first fret, and probably will, but none of my capos work very well on electric guitars. Just...

I've had my SE Custom 22 "Santana yellow" semi-hollowbody for awhile now but just noticed this recently. My high E string, after I play the open string and then stop it, still rings afterwards. If I push down on the portion of the string between nut and tuning post, it stops. Then I noticed...

Thank you Uncle Bob. I was wondering how different the scale length feels compared to a full size guitar, as far as frets being closer together, etc. I'll be trying one at a local music shop this week, so I will find out.

How do you folks like the parlor-sized guitar? Does it feel very different from a standard guitar?
