It was noticed last year. He has been using it every since. My guess its one of the original prototypes that he liked and they use the paint or sticker as to not hurt the feelings of people who paid 10k+ for that guitar.

I put a set of 9.5s DRs on it last night. It feels a little better. Going to adjust a bit more. The action just seemed to be higher from the factory than any other PRS I have owned.
