Yes, I use the same. Though, when this fails to help, PRS has to get involved. I am putting all my faith and trust into the great people at PRS. They received it this morning. YAY!!!!

I just sent my 2021 PRS Custom 24-08 back to PRS for the second time to fix tuning instability issues of it going sharp with tremolo use. I think more attention will be paid to the nut. I can't wait to get it back. I love the looks and feel of the guitar :)

I like Sweetwater, I have purchased a few guitars from them, and they always do me right. Also, I have enough axes to keep me satisfied until it gets here. Besides, I can have a few months to save for it and appease the wife :-). Thank you again so much, andy.

Thank all of you for the replies and insights! YES!!! I pulled the trigger! Sweetwater has a 2022 PRS Custom 24-08 Ten-Top Black Gold Burst ordered for me and should be in around July/August! I will be chomping at the bitt until then.

Wow! That is very interesting! My sales engineer (Evan Mehre) told me at least until October. Guitar Center said Jan 23! I really am in no hurry, so if I wait, later this year, I might go full throttle and purchase a 10 Top ;)
