You could take those 4 springs out of that big hole in the back of the guitar,
fill the hole with molten steel and when it hardens get a rectangular piece of
metal magnetized and just put it there. Easy fix. No screws or glue involved.

This looks like a manufacturing defect, luckily PRS Guitars come with a lifetime warranty! Please send a registered letter c/o Sean @ PRS to the PRS factory and I am sure they will take care of this for you!

Take a speed drill bit and put it in the freezer (you know, so the heat doesn't melt the finish) and then make sure you run the bit in reverse so it doesn't lift the finish but pushes it into the hole you're drilling.

But if you're in a hurry, don't worry about drilling the holes, just put the screws on a bit and go to town. I saw a video of them doing that at the factory once.

Just fill the hole with Ramen Soup and Superglue. Sand smooth and hit it with some spray lacquer. Nobody will know the difference.
