This is my 2015 Custom 24 in Orange Tiger. I’ve had it over 4 years - it’s the first PRS that has stuck and it has led to two others (McCarty and SC250).
My first PRS in ‘91 was a CU24 (then called a ‘Custom’).
It was great and got me more than hooked on PRS. My current CU24 is one of the 30th PS run, and I have to say that it’s a phenomenal guitar in every way, and might be my best ‘rock’ guitar.
Now I think I need a Cu24 back in my life!
Go for it!Yeah, man... you need a reward....... just like I need another 594........ but I might have to go SC594 this go 'round...

Probably.Now I think I need a Cu24 back in my life!
I'm still very happy with my 2018 Cu24
I have contemplated adding another - maybe a 24-08 or a P24 but I think if I were to add another, I would look for a Cu24 Floyd as I don't have a Floyd (or similar) type of guitar in my collection. I think a Cu24 would be more 'different' too to the Cu24 I have so it wouldn't overlap as much...
I'd been on the lookout for a great looking older Custom 24 for a killer price for many years.
I finally hit pay dirt in February of this year, when I happened upon my '95 Purple Custom 24 10-Top in a pawnshop.
This guitar is going to be a lifer in my collection for sure.
Some people hate the VB & HFS pickups in these guitars, but I think with the right amp and EQ they work.
To me there's nothing like the singing sustaining lead tone of an HFS pickup for a heavy rock song.

I thought having a Custom 24 was part of the requirements of joining this forum?!
I’ll get my coat!
I keep looking at the Fatbacks that Jack has. Those roasted maple necks are calling out to me.Probably.
I’d be happy to enable that.
