Hey everyone...I have a prs se 245 and I'm wanting to refinish it...are these made with flame maple veneer and if so is it too thin to sand down and change the finish color? Thanks in advance trend have a great day

Yes, the SE line is a thin figured maple veneer on top of a maple cap. I'd think you would run the risk of sanding through the veneer if you tried a re-finish
