Hi all. I recently came back into the PRS family & new to the forum. I previously owned a 1995 Custom 22 with birds and a 1996 CE 24 maple top. Sold them both about 10 years ago to fund other purchases, and now just recently picked up a new S2 Singlecut.
Anyway, I am wondering if anyone knows what size tuner hole is used on the S2s. The tuners are different from both the Core and the SE series, and I can’t seem to find specific info on the bore size in any of my searches so far.
Disclaimer...I know the S2 tuners are good quality, and there isn’t much practical advantage in “upgrading” them, it’s just that I prefer locking Grover’s with the lock button on the underside of the tuner. It’s more an OCD cosmetic issue for me than it is me thinking it will make some noticeable playability difference...
