Question about the Mannmade tremolos

Do these fix the issue with the string ends getting stuck in the block as they do now on the stock SE tremolo?

I still don’t understand why the ball ends even get stuck in the molded tremolos found on SEs. I wish PRS would address it. They have to know it’s annoying.
