Hi, I’m new to the PRS world. I’m primarily a bassist and bought an S2 35th anniversary edition for songwriting and home recording. Definitely the most versatile and nicest guitar I’ve ever owned. It’s a real treat.
I’m interested in a few custom parts to dress it up (tuning knobs, pickup rings, etc). My wood worker would like me to send him some parts if possible so he can build accurate versions in wood for me. Things I am not sure of:
What do I need for pickup rings. All the PRS pickup rings seem to be specifically for the SE or core, or “fits most” American models. I don’t want to rip mine off the guitar until the new ones are made. Can anyone point me at the right ones to send him to work from?
Similarly, I need a knob for the tip of the pickup selector switch. And if anyone knows the threading. Is it 8-32? Thanks!
