No, that is the very definition of artist (diverging from the standard mahogany tonewood). If you look at the artist pack specs portion of the HBII page, you'll see the options for maple neck and fretboard.
 
Actually...I'm going to say "yes", it's possible; **BUT** ONLY as a Wood Library guitar since I've seen dealers utilize "artist only" options on a 10-Top WL Run.

That being said...I don't recall a dealer doing such a run, but that doesn't mean there aren't some out there.
 
Mine has a Korina neck and sides with a cocbolo fretboard and was classified as wood library. But if the intent is to find one with a maple neck at prices more in line with standard specs I'm thinking that would be tough. Used might be the best route there.
