They are named for the way they make you feel inside....
Peruvian mahogany neck, “select” fretboard, 24.5” scale, 59/09s, satin finish (possibly nitro?), PS grade top, other details. It was named “dirty” because they selected tops with a bit of mineral streaking, etc.
They sound great.
OMG... what a killer guitar! I am jealous... 100 filthy dirty times!
Congrats !!! sweet guitar
very nice. never seen the moons look that prominent before.
They're "ring" moons. So a little different.
I think I read that this run was the first use of the thin satin nitro that was later used on the PF09 guitar.
Dirty Moons is the proper name. One of our members even chose that as his name.
Great guitar Wedge. Welcome to the Dirty Boys Club. I’ll play mine next in honour of yours.
For those who don’t know the guitar, it is one of PRS best limited runs ever. A Dirty 100 and a Westie are in reach in my music room at all times.
WOW! That's a new to me model as well. It looks incredible. Congrats! I am looking forward to hearing about your impressions once you have it home.
<— note that my avatar and my face look the same right now. That is slammin’!
Sick. Congrats, this is one I've always wanted too.
Moons totally rock!!
