The fret sprout I had was on a rosewood 24 08. Easy fix and still love the guitar. My two maple neck guitars are perfect and remain so.

The one guitar I will never sell. Spray the switch with contact spray, well know easy fix. No issues, the best value guitar money can buy.

Really? mine is perfect. That is a climate thing and depends on where you live and temperature and humidity changes, as I am sure you know.

The difference is significant in a way, 24 frets, different neck carve, different bridge, therefore the tune would need to be different?

I was just playing my Strat, and 24-08 SE, and now my SE SAS. I really like this SE SAS. And very importantly it is the best looking guitar I have seen in a long time. A core SAS must be a keeper............................
