I have seen one of these for sale and it looked really cool

    Anyone have info on them?
How many were made and what do they sound like compared to regular customs?

    thanks

I owned one. It was actually won by a friend in a PRS sales contest. They probably made two or three. In 1992 there were a lot of exotic wood tops used in very small numbers on PRS. If there was a difference in tone, I couldn't hear it.
