Your top three models or special runs produced?

1) PS 594 GOM
2) PS McCarty Single cut
3) Original 100 PS Signature 408

I have a feeling the SuperEagle will go onto this list...very soon.

Cus24 30th Anni
W/L 2016 McCarty with Trem BRW Fretboard and either a P/S hollowbody or DGT.
But that's probably about 3yrs away!!!!!

What are the number?! S#.t, can´t name it.
Was it 509? Or 594? Or 408?
Thanks, my avatar.

First: Obviously it´s the 513 MT. I´m addicted.
Second: Due to the fact that I´m a new fan of Periphery: The Holcomb Signature.
Third: Paul´s Guitar.

I am probably alone in this, but I really, really love the CE because of the attack it delivers compared to the CU24. I find it much more suitable for the stuff I play most of the time.

The CU24 is probably my second favorite, and then the DGT.

Dang... I haven't owned enough PRS guitars to populate a full list! I will mention one that I own, the Mira Soapbar/245 - total rock machine. I suppose the reason PRS doesn't make a production soapbar guitar anymore is, as Paul says, because people quit buying them. But there's something very special about this axe, it reacts to gain in a way that nothing else matches. Very focused and vocal. I don't care for Strat or Tele style single coils with more than a little drive, and usually prefer humbuckers for juicy lead tones, but when I got this one, it outdoes even the humbuckers. Oh, did I mention the clean tones are fantastic?

I have a feeling the 594 will be added to my list in 2017.

Could you elaborate more on that? How did it raise the bar in a major way? Thanks! :)

Pretty much the way I said. Playing it next to the handful of other PRS guitars I had in my woodpile at the time (to say nothing of all the guitars I've played because I make a point of getting around and playing lots of guitars) was like going from regular TV to high definition TV. It was a combination of a wood recipe that led to a highly refined, expressive voice, and the pickups, which is where the 58/15s evolved from. I'm sure there were other little tweaks in there (Paul was mum on the specifics when we talked but alluded to the fact that there were some) as well. If not for the overly-limited wiring scheme (single volume, single tone, not even any coil taps) I'd still be playing that guitar.

Rosewood LTD
Artist III
ME1

513 first run BRRW could have made the list too.

The PRS 57/08 LTD in blueberry has always been a favorite of mine. They made a McCarty, CU24 and Singlecut I believe.

I've been trying to track one down for years and eventually just gave up.
