Hmm, flamed maple neck, ebony (?) board, maple capped body but can't see base wood. 22 frets.

Not a semi-hollow (well, no f-hole).

Has a PRS trem.

Doesn't look to have a blade switch or other controls near the bottom behind the bridge, so not a Piezo type, 513 or ME V, for example.

Hmm, lots of possible models, but...

Could be a 509. (Edited to remove previous suggestion of maybe a DGT)

EDIT2: Ooh, or a Tremonti.

i see why your mad about the spaces under the frets (not prs fault but something to discuss with the dealer) but what are the issues in the other shots? those imperfections in the neck maple(?) add character and imho you are being very picky about that ever so barely flawed book match.
