Looks like they turned it into a 27” baritone. Pretty cool. Not for me, but still pretty cool.

it's cool that they did their own thing with it 'n all... it's amusing that they think someone else somewhere else would actually pay them $1300US to own it... in the end, the way the neck looks with the repositioned frets really puts me off... no, thank you...

Hmm NO
Poorly done all around IMHO
It would have been easy to fill the fret slots with rosewood dust.
The Fret markers are poorly installed.
and the fret ends look rough.
It likely would have looked better and been easier to get a Stew Mac fretboard and slot that, then just salvage the 12 fret bird and take your time installing the side markers.
