Invariably, I end up buggering my core wraparound bridge stud when adjusting the height. I use a standard screwdriver, and put a towel between the screwdriver and stud. This doesn't tend to work, though, as I still get dings and scuffs on the bridge stud.

I was wondering if anyone knows if this Stop Tailpiece Wrench would work with the PRS stud, and if it would prevent the damage I keep inflicting?

Thank you for your help!

Dunno if that one works, but it sure LOOKS like it would be a great tool!

It hasn't so far. I worry less about that than a big screwdriver gouge. I can see myself doing that.

I use a quarter as well. As long as you take the tension off the strings you s/b just fine.

I also use a dime for the tuner screws. That's 35c...

Wonder what I could use a nickel for?...
