Do they protect you as the buyer?
Can you return it hassle free?
Get ALL of your money back? Every last red cent (or Euro cent or wherever you are)?
Do you need a "good reason" to return it?
Musician's Friend charges for "customer remorse". You have to exchange it to avoid that. I stopped doing business with them for that reason alone.

If everything mentioned checks out, I would still be slightly skeptical. I'm always suspicious of everybody
