Can you guys make a Mccarty non trem into a trem? Is it worth it?

The PTC can do just about anything(they won't replace a neck). Drop them an email, get an estimate, then it's up to you to decide if it's worth it.

I don't mean money wise. Guess I should have mentioned that. Is there anything else to consider when making a change like that.

Yes, for me just buy what you really want. Some changes are worth it and some are not.

Neck angle is different. You won't like the set up. Better to just find a second guitar. I'd say a DGT is your best bet.

+1, I can't say for sure but that might be a job that PTC would deny, or at least would be prohibitively expensive. If you see the height that your bridge is at, then imagine that a trem is basically flat on the body, no way to do that without modifying the neck where it fits in the pocket if even possible to do, so that the strings are parallel to the top.

Thanks, I kinda knew this already but just wanted to throw it out there to see if anyone had a different idea...................
