Daves had a white one on their site so I called and it should be here by the end of the week....hopefully...lol, there are very mixed reviews across the boards I hope its great and different than my S2s and Core, Im not usually a singlecut guy as I had a Zach Meyers but eventually sold it to Daves to fund an S2 Standard 22 but the price was right and Daves gives you 24 hours to figure it out! Anyone own one on here? or play one? the one incoming is 7lbs even so not too bad.....any feedback would be great....stay safe PRS enthusiasts , Oh and this could be my 5th PRS in the household as I try to love all guitars but the PRS and their specs call on me like crack!

Please post a feedback when it's in your hands.
I'm also interested but haven't had the opportunity to try one.

Will do! its supposed to be here Friday or sat, Ill post pics and a quick review....surprised no one has grabbed one yet...

The white with the tortoise shell pickguard looks killer! I’d be interested in a tone report as well. Ewald’s demo video made it sound real good (but he makes everything sound good...)

I played one before the world ended, it looked great even on close up inspection and played like a dream. Honestly, if not for the slightly different carve and no Bigsby, I wouldn’t have been able to tell it apart from an S2. The one I played was the frost green finish, I have a frost blue S2 and the finishes looked identical aside from the obvious color difference, and very well applied. The only disclaimer is that I didn’t plug it in, I just spent a good 10-15 minutes with it unplugged, but I was impressed.

Well the SE Starla arrived and I love it, what a great guitar for the price, does it have the exact feel of an S2 or Core? NO but its a great little guitar...the pups sound great with gain and I was even playing it through my 5153 and it rocked! lots of snarl...the clean tones Im working with...the body is thinner than a Zach or 235 and it surprisingly has decent upper fret access for a singlecut I can get all the way up there...enjoying it while sitting home and im pretty sure it was new although Daves had it in the used section...OH and great full neck also, its a wide fat but doesn't feel that big IMO....

Congrats. I have a Core 2009 Starla (avatar) and love the feel of it. Once we are able to get out and about and visit stores again, I plan on trying an SE.
