wiring scheme for hss using a hfs ,1vov,1 tone 5way blade on charvel

hello , I need some help ,I want to wire a hfs in my charvel with a hss configuration ,1vol 1tone ,5way blade ,..what is hot and what is ground seymoure duncans are pretty easy but I had a lot of trouble figuring out what was what when I wired a hfs in my 1 hum 1 single 1vol 5way blade charvel , ..it freakin screams and want to install in all my other charvels , any help would be great!!! thanks
