Lots of oxides and crud on those joints. I’d recommend a redo with redressed wire ends. You might have a broken wire.

My S2 semi lasted about 6 years before I had to do any work on the electronics, and at that point I went all in and had my tech upgrade the switch to a 5-way, pickups (57/08), tone and volume to core stuff. Was really expensive; but that guitar sounds sooooo good now!

Anyway; on mine the switch is what went out. I also didn't like the push-pull tone coil split thing,
Guessing you can keep that as S2 spec for not much $$ just find what needs to be replaced.

And if you decided to go core; it's fairly straight forward; get the super switch from PRS, you can get the rest of the stuff from Sweetwater.

If all of the solder joints test good, then the probability of a wire having an internal break increases. That can be tested by pushing down on the wiring to see if the guitar cuts out.

Does the OP have a multimeter?

OP, do you have a soldering sponge to clean the tip of your soldering iron? It does appear that you are not cleaning and re-tinning the tip between joints.

I do have a sponge. I only soldered one joint. The rest of the inside is someone else's nightmare.

No multimeter but have a friend nearby who does.

If/when solder joints are good, if you still have a problem, check the 3-way switch
