Will the Gen III trem be available in accessories store?

Since the Gen III trem is available in new guitars for some time now, any idea if it will be available in the accessories store (especially the European one) ?

I wonder if it’s compatible with older guitars? Those big ass screws could be in slightly different positions.

My understanding is that the screw centres will be the same, the screw diameter as well, but the difference is the thicker thread.
Of course I could easily be totally wrong!
